Zebra DataWedge Scanner Demo
Modern Android barcode scanner application demonstrating integration with Zebra devices using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Leverages DataWedge Intent API for barcode scanning, eliminating the need for low-level EMDK SDK integration. Features Android broadcast receivers for real-time scan event handling, MVVM architecture with StateFlow for reactive state management, and Material Design 3 UI components built entirely in Jetpack Compose. Demonstrates proper lifecycle management, permission handling, and error recovery for production-ready barcode scanning applications. Supports all common barcode formats including QR codes, Code 128, Code 39, EAN, and UPC through DataWedge configuration.
